Black Color Primer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BLACK PRIMER is a one-part polyurethane primer used to promote adhesion of the sealant adhesives to the surfaces, as for example, compact laminate, ceramics, concrete, cement, wood etc. The product penetrates the material and eliminates the residual dust.
Warning: please note that treated surfaces with Black Primer may exhibit yellowing when exposed to daylight.
A preliminary testing is recommended before the first use.
APPLICATION
Surfaces should be dry, clean and free of dust and fat. For better adhesion the surfaces should be lightly sanded. The use of a Cleaner and/or Surface Activator would increase the adhesion properties of the primer and adhesive sealant. Use a clean cotton cloth to wipe the surface clean and another one to wipe it dry.
The sealant adhesive (Tekaflex Panel Adhesive 0r Simp-Seal 55 or U-Seal 500) can be applied at least 15 minutes after applying the Primer. The primer should be used with appropriate sealant otherwise it can act as a release agent. For each case of use we recommend a prior testing.

STORAGE
Black Primer can be stored minimum 12 months in its original packing at 5°- 25°C.
The product is flammable. Keep away from heat sources, store in a dry and well-ventilated area in its original packaging. Keep out of the reach of children.
