AREA OF USE
Having very high technical values, this silicone has excellent adhesion to materials such as glass, wood, concrete, brick, tile, stone and ceramic, steel, aluminum, plastic (many) permanently to 250 ° C and temporarily to 300 ° C. and provides filling.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation:
The application surface should be hard, dry, oil and dust free. Slight moisture will not harm.
Method of Application:
If a primer is used before application on rough surfaces, the adhesion strength increases. The minimum dimension of the joint should be 6 mm x 6 mm and the maximum dimension 30 mm x 25 mm (width x depth). It may be necessary to use suppositories to obtain the proper size. If a clean filling is required, masking tape can be applied to the joint edges.
The tip of the cartridge is cut (in accordance with the width of the joint) and placed in the gun. Try to squeeze the sealant in one piece as much as possible. The surface of the squeezed mastic is smoothed, the tape is removed before the mastic dries, and the used materials are mechanically cleaned.
PACKAGING SHAPE
- In 300 ml PE cartridges (in boxes of 20)
- In 600 ml aluminum sausages (20 pieces in boxes)
STOCKING METHOD
It can be stored in dry, cool and well ventilated, temperature below 25 ° C and in its original packaging for about 12 months.
